Kentucky Fried Chicken

Ingredient :

  • 3 – 4 chicken thighs
  • Crispy Flour “Krua Wang Thip” 500 g.
  • ½ teaspoon ground salt
  • Plain or cold water
  • Oil for frying
  • Seasoning sauce or seasoning as needed

Method :

Step 1

Mix the hips with crispy flour. "Krua Wang Thip" mix all over the pieces.

Step 2

Take the flour-kneaded chicken and dip it in cold water to cover the pieces.

Step 3

Bring it back to knead the crispy fried dough. "Krua Wang Thip" again

Step 4

Fry until golden brown and ready to serve.
