Ingredient :
- 3 – 4 chicken thighs
- Crispy Flour “Krua Wang Thip” 500 g.
- ½ teaspoon ground salt
- Plain or cold water
- Oil for frying
- Seasoning sauce or seasoning as needed
Mix the hips with crispy flour. "Krua Wang Thip" mix all over the pieces.
Take the flour-kneaded chicken and dip it in cold water to cover the pieces.
Bring it back to knead the crispy fried dough. "Krua Wang Thip" again
Fry until golden brown and ready to serve.
