Flower Layer Dessert

Ingredients :

  • Mae Somchit Flour 500 g
  • Freshly squeezed coconut milk 1000 grams.
  • 150 grams of sugar

Method :

Step 1

นำส่วนผสมแป้งขนมชั้น “แม่สมจิตต์” และน้ำตาลทรายมาคลุกเคล้า นำมาละลายในน้ำกะทิโดยไม่ต้องตั้งไฟ แล้วจึงนำส่วนผสมมากรองด้วยผ้าขาวบาง

Step 2

Divide the already mixed into 2 parts, part 1 add food coloring as needed and part 2 do not add food coloring.

Step 3
