Corndog

Ingredient :

  • 200 g all purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • Fresh milk 150 – 170 g.
  • ½ teaspoon seasoning sauce
  • 40 grams of granulated sugar
  • 5-10 sausages
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Mustard, ketchup for decoration
  • Breadcrumbs “Krua Wang Thip”

Method :

Step 1

Sift all-purpose flour, salt, sugar, and dry ingredients together.

Step 2

Add wet ingredients, eggs, and milk (Cooking Tips: While adding milk gradually add, do not add at once. and stir the ingredients together, not to be too thick or too liquid)

Step 3

Put the sausage and cheese on a skewer. and dipped in the first part of the flour mixture all over the wood.

Step 4
