Hat Yai Fried Chicken

Ingredient :

  • 10 pcs of Chicken breasts or thighs
  • 2 teaspoons pepper
  • ¾ cup light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Fried Chicken batter mix Kruawangthip Brand
  • Oil for frying
  • Fried shallots

Method :

Step 1

Wash the chickens thoroughly. Mix with pepper, light soy sauce, sugar and Fried Chicken batter mix Kruawangthip Brand. Keep marinated chicken in the fridge 30 minutes – 1 hour.

Step 2

Fry the marinated chicken in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown and crispy skin all around. Scoop up and set aside to drain the oil. Garnished with fried shallots, served hot with dipping sauce and sticky rice.
