Shrimp & Cheese Pancake Donut

Ingredient :

  • 500 grams Shelled Shrimp
  • 50 grams Chopped Pork Fat
  • 50 grams Pounded Coriander Root, Salt and Pepper
  • 200 grams Tempura Batter Mix Flour Kruawangthip Brand
  • 200 grams Bread Crumbs Kruawangthip Brand
  • 100 grams Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • An egg
  • Oil for frying

Method :

Step 1

Clean Shrimp by water. Split Shrimp to be small pieces.

Step 2

Blend Shrimp with chopped pork fat, coriander root and Tempura Batter Mix Flour Kruawangthip Brand. Fill Grated Mozzarella Cheese and blend again.

Step 3

Hit an egg, prepare egg for dipped. Make blended shrimp to be donut shape, mix donut with Tempura Batter Mix Flour Kruawangthip Brand, dipped with egg and mix with Bread Crumbs Kruawangthip Brand.

Step 4

Frying Shrimp & Cheese Pancake Donut by heat oil (set low flame) until the donut is golden brown. Serve with tomato ketchup or plum sauce.
