Shrimp Tempura

Ingredient :

  • 400 g shrimp
  • Crispy Flour Krua Wang Thip 1 cup
  • 3/4 cup cold water
  • 1 egg
  • Bread Crumbs Lamb’s Head

Method :

Step 1

Remove the head of the shrimp and then remove the shell of the shrimp. Then wash it with clean water. Use a knife to cut the middle of the shrimp. Then remove the black line completely, then clean it again.

Step 2

Dip shrimp in eggs and breadcrumbs. The sheep's head was stamped all over the body.

Step 3

Use medium heat, then fry the breaded shrimp. Fry until the shrimp tempura is cooked, golden brown. When finished, bring it up to drain the oil.
